I've been a "Car Nut" since I was 15.
Have monkeyed with them all of my life. (Cars/Boats/Airplanes)
In 2021 I went to see a friend of Bob Frambach in Sequim, that had a nice '40 Ford Coupe for sale.
Instead , I bought his Sedan Delivery (VERY UNFINISHED) which he delivered to me.
Fellow Raker, Tracy Fredrick tackled the bodywork.in my garage.
I started with the frame on four wheels.
I bought a used Chev 350 with A/T and begin working to get the car ready for the finished body installation.
During the completion of the car, Rakers members have given me assistance whenever I needed it
Club members have offered support numerous times.
Rakers members have purchased parts from me that weren't needed and I have purchased parts from club members and friends .
The online network of carparts has stretched from local help to Port Angeles and as far away as Michigan.
I expect the car to be on the road soon.
